RCHFH Sponsors RCHFH must solicit funds and partner with businesses and organizations that are willing to sponsor the cost of our homes in order to fulfill our mission. The average cost to sponsor and build a RCHFH home is $70,000 including land and construction. Partial sponsorships are also welcome.
Square D & Whittlemania Through a combined effort of a partical sponsorship from Square D and our successful 2008 Whittlemania Fundraiser, we are excited to announce the construction of a Habitat home in LaVergne this September. We are so grateful to Square D for this sponsorship and Mr. Demos and Mr. Hayes for their continued support with Whittlemania.
THDA & State of TN THDA is partnering with Tennessee Habitat affiliates to help build 20 homes across the state. We proud to be building our own THDA sponsored home in partnership with a grant from the State of Tennessee's Community Enhancement Grant in Murfreesboro. We look forward to dedicating this home at our Habitat for Humanity State Conference in August. Click here to read more about this grant.
Nissan To celebrate 25 years of service in Middle Tennessee, Nissan Corporation of North America has decided to sponsor another home in Rutherford County this year! We feel truly blessed for this sponsorship and look forward to wonder experience this fall.
"Nissan has a major partnership with Habitat for Humanity, and we're proud to support its efforts to make affordable housing possible for families here and in other parts of the world. Of course, it's especially gratifying to get involved here in Smyrna and to make such a positive contribution to a family's life in our own community." ~ Greg Daniels, senior vice president of U.S. Manufacturing for Nissan
Rutherford County Home Builder's Association The Rutherford County Home Builder’s Association has gathered donations of labor and materials from generous subcontractors and suppliers to construct two homes in a two week blitz build from October 11th - October 25th, 2008. The Certified Professional Builders & Remodelers and The Home Builders Care will each direct a team of subcontractors, suppliers, and volunteers to build one of the two new homes planned for the South Maney community. It will be a race to the finish to see which home will be finished first! If you would like more information on how you can help or donate to the Home Builders Blitz, please contact Terri Shultz with the Rutherford County Area Habitat at 890-5877 ext.

We will receive five $25,000 grants to help more families become homeowners who would not otherwise be able to do so. Three of the homes will be built with minority families and two homes will be built with families whose head of household has a mental or physical disability. We are so blessed to be receiving $125,000 from our generous partners at Pinnacle Bank.
“The ability to come up with down payment and closing costs is usually one of the biggest stumbling blocks as families try to buy their first home. We are pleased to be able to help remove that stumbling block and partner with Habitat to help these eight families achieve the American dream,”
Bill Jones, Pinnacle area executive
