Habitat for Humanity Needs You!

Volunteer opportunities abound here at the Rutherford Habitat affiliate! Here is a list of events we have coming up that we will need volunteers for:

We will be starting our next build in July with a scheduled dedication August 22, 2008 during the Tennessee Habitat for Humanity State Conference.  Call Megan at 890-5877 ext. 6 if you are interested in volunteering.

We are also starting to recruit volunteers for the Prudential-Rowland Habitat 5k in September. We'll need people to cheer on the racers and block the roads.

Crew leaders: if you have experience with construction and would like to lead a crew in your area of expertise (ie putting up drywall, installing insulation, etc.) give us a call!

Volunteering with RCHFH is a great opportunity to spend time with friends, family and coworkers and do a great thing for the community.  Save money on a retreat for your business or family this year and plan a work day instead!  We welcome businesses, church groups, college or high school groups, etc.
